I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be on top of all of the changes in life that can affect your ability to reach your fitness goals. My fitness journey began when I was 16 years old. My dad won a month membership to a local gym in a golf tournament. He already had a gym membership, so he asked if I wanted it. "Sure, why not?". Little did I know I was about to get hooked not only on working out, but also on motivating others to be their best selves through the movement of their bodies. Long story short, I passed my first certification test in 2007 and have been passionate about helping others ever since. Now just to be clear, I haven't always been fit. I've done the yo-yo dieting thing. I've gotten hooked on the "latest" trends in fitness and nutrition. It wasn't until I started studying integrative nutrition that I truly began to understand that everyone's fitness and nutrition journeys are unique. What works for one most likely won't work for the other. Upon receiving my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015, I finally felt like I had all of the tools I needed to guide each of my clients toward being their best overall selves, and healthy in all aspects of their lives.
